ELECTROMECHANICAL ASSEMBLY

The first sector of activity in the complete assembly of little dimension mechanical groups and electromechanical actuators for frames automation. For the last one we take up the complete productive cycle. We manage little / medium quantity series.

Assembly capacity consists in:

•  Controlled tightening with pneumatic and electric screwers, manual and feeded;

•  Heli-Coil threaded inserts mounting;

•  Manual and automatic pneumatic pressing;

•  Aimed lubrication with technical grease;

•  Pre-glueing degreasing with washing machines;

•  Defective particulars fitting and mechanical taking up;

•  Adaptings and modifications;

•  Mechanical tests;

•  End of line mechanical and electrical test on customer needs;

•  Packaging according to customer needs.

For customer goods transportation we have two vans with a carrying capacity of 1.300Kg/each.
