CNC mechanical machining, prototype and pre-series production, 3d printing - Limentra Snc
We carry out precision machining on iron, steel, stainless steel, high-strength steel, aluminum and plastic materials, electromechanical assembly and pre-assembly for over forty years.
We follow a company and production philosophy based on precision, speed and organization, and in different application sectors, because for us diversification is a choice.
CNC mechanical processing of steel and aluminum parts
In Limentra we are specialized in 3-5 axis CNC precision machining. The machining of CNC Milling, Drilling and Tapping are programmed using CAD-CAM systems, optimizing the time and cost of the mechanical part to be manufactured.
CNC mechanical processing of plastic parts
We carry out mechanical processing on plastic parts, such as Delrin, Ertalyte, Polizene, Nylon and PVC. According to the specific requests of the Customer, we carry out CNC Milling, Drilling and Tapping also on plastic parts already pre-processed.
3D printing and rapid prototyping
With the introduction of two professional 3D printers, we have taken a further step forward in our continuous innovation process. Thanks to these two 3D printers, model Sharebot XXL plus and model Sharebot 43, we can offer customer a wide range of new applications.
Equipement production
We manufacture gripping, positioning, machining and assembly of equipment: Our thirty-year experience in electromechanical assembly and precision machining puts us in the best conditions to develop equipment with extremely heterogeneous characteristics.
Prototypes and pre-series
The creation of prototypes or small, fully functional pre-series is often the quickest, most efficient and most cost-effective choice when new parts, components or assemblies need to be entered quickly, testing their functionality, real market performance and/or interest.
Mechanical and electromechanical assemblies
We also carry out complex operations of mechanical assembly and assembly of small mechanical groups. These are often made to complete other mechanical processes, which are always electrically verified and mechanically tested.
