Technical gluing

Technical bonding is a wide and heterogeneous group of processes in the field of assembly/assembly processes, in particular within the most modern and innovative mechanical and electromechanical production chains.

The needs that the glues are able to satisfy, in fact, have become more extensive and technically refined year after year, as technical adhesives have become available (cyanoacrylate, anaerobic or two-component adhesives) increasingly sophisticated and designed to be used in a very specific and/ or with dosed application.

Particularly challenging on a technical level are the bonding between different materials (rubber and plastics, steel and plastics, etc.) in which the final result - in terms of performance, durability and effectiveness -depends not only on the choice of the right adhesive, but also by the strict application of procedures involving numerous successive steps and the use of different compounds (solvents, catalysts, etc.).

Our experience with technical gluing allows us to approach the needs of our customers in a flexible way, integrating and exchanging information, according to the specific needs of each of them. Only rarely, in fact, the Customer is able to indicate the specific procedure to be applied and specify the adhesives to be used; in most cases, we suggest the best technical adhesive, based on our experience, By interfacing with the technical consultancy services of suppliers (Loctite ³ in head) and testing the more effective solution from time to time.
