Metrological room, testing and measuring instruments

In addition to gauges and micrometers, we have instruments in our Metrology Room that allow measurements of dimensions, roughness and hardness.

The data collected by the dimensional checks, also carried out with Wi-Fi instruments and computerized processes, are transmitted directly to the test, which immediately signal the conformity of the product requested by the customer.

• INFRARED TRACERS
  Measuring systems are installed on 9 machining centers: they allow the centering of irregular pieces and the hundredth relief of dimensions to work performed.

• WI-FI  MEASURING INSTRUMENTS
  Wi-Fi measuring instruments connected to a dedicated PC, the test data is transmitted directly to the PC, reported anomalies and catalogued reports.
