For over 40 years we perform CNC machining on Steel, Stainless Steel, Hardox , Weldox and Aluminum with 3-5 axis CNC machines.
Precision machining of parts is carried out in collaboration with metal carpentry companies, mainly on behalf of large multinationals.
The mechanical components we manufacture are almost always part of frames and structural components of earth-moving and lifting machines, industrial machinery and/or machine handling, therefore often big sized machines.
CAD-CAM programming of machining operations
All the machining process of CNC Milling, Drilling and Tapping are programmed through CAD-CAM systems, generating of the tool paths, reducing time and costs of the mechanical part to be realized.
For this reason we pay particular attention to the realization of the mechanical details, aware that, in the successive phases of the chain, being parts of a set of welded components, a single error compromises the entire structure, with repercussions also on the final assembly line.

We perform CNC machining on various types of plastic (Delrin, Ertalyte, Polizene, Nylon) for the realization of prototypes and pre-series, which often have complex geometries.
CNC machining on Hardox and Weldox
CNC machining on Hardox and Weldox requires special expertise. Hardox and Weldox are special steels, with hardness higher than normal steel, very resistant to wear and friction.
