For decades in Limentra we carry out medium carpentry processing for third parties, on  pantographed particular, which in many cases are destined - as final market - to large multinationals.

Mechanical machining of iron and hardox sheets

In Limentra we are specialized in precision machining and 3-5 axis CNC milling.

The machining of parts takes place in collaboration with metal carpentry companies, mainly on behalf of large multinationals.

The mechanical components we manufacture are almost always part of frames and structural components of earthmoving and lifting machines, industrial machinery and/ or machine handling.

Precision machining according to the needs of the individual customer

In Limentra, according to the specific request of the customer, we carry out machining on mechanical and carpentry detail polished and pantographed iron and hardox, also already pre-processed, cut or bent:

• Drilling
• Tapping
• CNC milling machine

CAD-CAM programming of machining operations

All the machining of CNC Milling, Drilling and Tapping are programmed through CAM systems, for the programming of the tool paths, reducing time and costs of the mechanical part to be realized.

For this reason we pay particular attention to the realization of the mechanical details, aware that, in the successive phases of the chain, being parts of a set of welded components, a single error compromises the entire structure, with repercussions also on the final assembly line.
