CONSULTATION AND FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Physically realizing workmanship, details and fittings is a part of our work, the one that is touched by hand, in some way the most "visible".

But no matter how well you work or have the best machines, no machining and no assembly will ever give excellencent results if not downstream of a serious design and a rigorous feasibility assessment.

We can support your technical offices in the finalization of certain projects and drawings; carefully and reliably estimate the feasibility of certain processes and propose possible alternatives; help you make the most appropriate choices for materials, processing approach, adhesives and technical lubricants; produce prototypes and pre-series for further functional testing.

SURFACE FINISHES

In modern mechanics, surface treatments often require the same attention and precision that we devote to machining, components and structural details; in some markets (high-end boating, furniture design, electronic and hi-fi devices, etc.)in particular, the surface finishes are not "limited" to functional perfection, but must also be perfect from an aesthetic point of view.

And after making them, the finishes must be preserved until delivery to the final customer, or they must be handled and transported with the same care that has been dedicated to their creation: for this reason we have devoted so much attention, over the years, the development of specific skills on packaging and for this we try to manage, through proven collaborations, most of the surface finishes (satin, shot peening, painting, electropolishing and screen printing).

LOGISTICS AND SHIPPING

Those who live and produce far from the big centres develop efficient and sophisticated logistics strategies and solutions: they get used to optimize every movement with a care that perhaps comes less natural to those accustomed to the convenience of the large roads and railways.

To meet this challenge, from the beginning, we had to learn to be fast, precise and very organized, we had to invent better packaging systems, efficient transport, offer our Customers solutions for taking/delivery and storage that transformed a potential criticality in a real added value.

And when the world’s productive logic changed, when we all went from the typical annual programming of the IXX Century to just in time production... We were already fast enough, sufficiently precise and sufficiently organized.

It is not surprising, therefore, that we usually serve even the most distant customers in absolute serenity: after all,  it is above all a matter of knowing how to organize efficiently.

PRODUCT STORAGE

To improve our organization we have equipped ourselves with an automated warehouse, interconnected to the management system, in which to place the finished products.
