CNC machining on steel and stainless steel

Precision machining on steel and stainless steel, especially in the production of prototypes and pre-series in complex geometry, are programmed with our CAD-CAM systems.

The mechanical processing of steel/ stainless steel takes place through precision turning and milling, always controlled with numerical control measuring instruments.

The realization of mechanical parts in steel can be integrated to a rapid prototyping with 3D printing of the part, which allows to reduce the start-up times.

Thanks to rapid prototyping:

• we obtain a better programming of the processes necessary for the production cycle
• Thanks to the prototyping, both in ferrous material and in plastic material, the customer can view and evaluate the real characteristics of the mechanical detail, before mass production.
