Production and shipping management

We pay great attention to packaging and transport, to avoid "nasty surprises" to the customer upon arrival of  products.

Diversification, which is one of our main objectives, involves careful management of the entire production process, from the customer order acquisition to the shipment the management GP90 is a valid support.

Following the procedures in consistency with transition 4.0, at the end of the lot with a badge reader, the finished product is loaded in stock and a label is printed to identify with code and quantity the package to be shipped.

Diversification also means having to follow different procedures for packaging and shipping.

Packing and shipping of steel sheets

After working and if required marked the pieces, steel sheets are placed on pallets, closed with strapping steel and additionally protect with shrink bag.

Thanks to the collaboration with local transport companies, the material is shipped with same-day delivery directly to the customer.

Packing and shipping panels for Hi-Fi sector

Packaging and shipping of these details requires great care and attention.

To send them safely through daily couriers to the companies that deal with the treatment and the final customer, we have made wooden crates of different sizes, coated internally to better protect the details in shipment.
