Prototypes and pre-series, rapid prototyping also in 3D printing
The creation of prototypes or small perfectly functioning pre-series is often the quickest, most efficient and most convenient choice when the customer needs to quickly enter new parts, components or assemblies, testing their functionality, real market performance and/or interest.
This is particularly the case for all these components and those overall - having to withstand high thermal or mechanical stress - can not be made with the typical materials of rapid prototyping (example prototypes in 3D printing) and must be produced and assembled with the mechanical characteristics and with the final materials.
In case of complex and/or functional prototypes, we can manage all the mechanical processing of the prototypes, including possible assemblies and mechanical assemblies, gluing and surface finishes up to packaging and shipping.
In recent years some production niches, that require modest numbers but absolute production perfection - such as naval design, furniture or electronic/hifi equipment - have turned to the production of small series as normal production methodology.
In these cases we support our Customers by taking care of the phases of co-planning, realization and final assembly, also acting as supply chain integrators, directly interfacing with the Companies with which we collaborate for years (for example for surface finishes such as brushing, shot peening, anodizing aluminum, painting, electropolishing) to "close the production cycle".
